Kit includes: Sugar wax Calming balm Reusable spatulas 50 pre-cut cloth waxing strips Directions For Use: Step 1: Brush brows and pinpoint which hairs you want to remove. Trim any extra long or unruly hairs with small scissors. Step 2: To prep, cleanse skin using an oil-free cleanser. If the skin has oils from makeup, skin sebum or face cream on it, the sugar wax will not stick to the skin. Step 3: Dip spatula in wax and wipe off excess on jar’s inner rim. (use the "less is more" theory) Spread a thin layer of sugar wax in the same direction as the hair growth onto hairs you’d like to remove. Work in small sections, so you can precisely shape the contours of the brows. If wax is accidentally applied on an area you don’t want waxed, simply rinse off with water. (Rather than waxing too close to your desired brow line, use a tweezer after waxing to remove any last hairs.) Step 4: Align edge of strip with edge of brow, and smooth firmly over wax with fingertips. NOTE: Pressing down on the strip may cause some wax to spread, so make sure that the strip does not come in contact with hairs/areas that you don’t want waxed. Step 5: Holding the skin taut, pull cloth strip quickly in the direction opposite of hair growth, keeping strip as close to the skin as possible when pulling (i.e., pull parallel to the skin—not perpendicular). Step 6: Repeat steps above for each section of hairs you want to remove. To prevent irritation, avoid waxing the same area more than once. After waxing, rinse spatula with warm water to save for next use (if desired). Wipe wax from outer edges of jar before resealing. Step 7: Tweeze any remaining hairs, and use eyebrow brush to put stray hairs into place and help fill in gaps. Apply post-wax calming balm on waxed areas, making sure not to apply to remaining hair (since, in addition to soothing the area, it makes hair appear finer and less noticeable). Wait five minutes before applying makeup.
