MEXICO CITY (December 5, 2006) – Presidente InterContinental Cozumel Resort & Spa has officially reopened following an extensive USD $25 million redevelopment project that has transformed the property into an exclusive luxury resort.

The property has long been regarded as a top destination wedding and honeymoon resort. Nestled on half a mile of white sand beach, the resort offers the ideal setting for weddings, from a simple sunset ceremony to a lavish reception.

WEDDING PARTY FUN

The resort offers amenities and activities to soothe pre-wedding jitters. For the wedding party, the 6,500 square-foot spa offers services for both men and women including one-of-a-kind Mayan-influenced signature treatments such as The Mayan Journey and Mayan Ceremony of Love, inspired by Ixchel, the Mayan Goddess of Love.
