NEW YORK, Jan. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Robert Verdi, television personality, celebrity stylist and arbiter of good taste, has announced "The Fabulist", his list of the most stylish women in America. The list features fifteen women who Mr. Verdi believes are the standout superstars of personal style. Robert notes, "I want to shine a light on celebrities that inspire women around the world to embrace their inner fashion diva and celebrate their power of personal expression."

Robert is the first from the new age of style insiders who has taken it upon himself to applaud the efforts of some of America's most stylish women. Mr. Verdi's list will modernize that of Mr. Blackwell's -- who in 1960 created an annual list of the best and worst dressed women. Verdi's list, unlike Blackwell's, is a tribute to women with great style and exclusion from Verdi's list says more than Blackwell's witty alliteration. Robert's list is largely comprised of fashion favorites and leading ladies but is sprinkled with some unexpected beauties like super model turned super mogul -- Iman.

When asked about women who didn't make "The Fabulist", Robert says, "Every women who stands in the public eye works hard to look great, some build a unique style and others don't." He continues, "I'm not going to take cheap shots at anybody, everybody gets an A for effort and these ladies get an A+ for results."

Verdi created the list of style stars and has defined their place in fashion history with titles including "The Unforgettable One": Jennifer Lopez and "The Wild One" which is Victoria Beckham. Some of the other celebrated women on "The Fabulist" are superstars Beyonce and Eva Longoria, a client and personal friend of Verdi's.
