Catch Up on Sleep For Better Health

(NewsUSA) - Counting calories? Try counting Z's instead. Studies show that lack of sleep can cause metabolic changes that may lead to overeating and obesity, according to some health experts.

A good night's sleep may seem like a luxury in this always-rushed, time-starved world. But scientists have found that your life may depend on it.
