The Green Fair will be held on the set of the show, the North Hollywood Medical Center in Los Angeles.

The Scrubs team has invited the cast, crew and neighborhood to explore the main theme of the environmental fair, how "little decisions = big results" in helping to reduce our personal impact on the environment.
