Maclaren Ushers in the Season of Giving: Stroller Drive in Collaboration With and Benefiting the Charity Baby Buggy

NEW YORK, Dec. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- To mark the inauguration of its New York City Showroom and Walk-in Service Clinic in SoHo, Maclaren, the parenting company, announces the launch of their buggy drive to benefit the charity Baby Buggy. Baby Buggy is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing New York City families in need with essential products for infants and young children. Now through December 31st, Maclaren will match every buggy purchased at the Maclaren showroom with a donation of a buggy to the charity.

"We are thrilled that Maclaren has joined forces during this season of giving to sponsor a buggy drive at their flagship location, and to give back to the many New York City families who are in need," said Claudia Fleming, Executive Director of Baby Buggy.

The drive also marks the initial opening of Maclaren's first New York City Showroom and Walk-in Service Clinic in fashionable SoHo's prime retail location on Wooster Street.

"The showroom will showcase Maclaren products with particular emphasis on the Objects of Design Collection and the beginning holistic personal care line for mother and baby," said Christine Poppy, Maclaren Marketing Manager. "The walk-in service clinic will provide Maclaren's customers with the possibility of walk-in repairs with buggies available for loan. Additionally, buggies are available at no charge to any parent who may wish to trial our products first hand."
