A Result of All the Cosmetic Procedures Being Employed by Today's Stars

NEW YORK, March 2 /PRNewswire/ -- With the Academy Awards scheduled for Sunday, March 5th, many of Hollywood's A-lister's will be walking away with an Oscar. But Oscar won't be the only "hardware" on display that evening. Many of the stars and starlets will be flaunting new cosmetic enhancements as they walk the red carpet that evening.

Dr. Stephen Greenberg, one of the foremost cosmetic surgeons in New York, and the country, feels it is safe to say that there has been an increase of up to 20% in the utilization of cosmetic enhancements by today's movie stars. "I see it all the time, it may not be a breast augmentation or a new nose for this one occasion, but the request for botox, restylane, cellulite treatment and facial rejuvenation is markedly increased this time of year. I have celebrity patients who want to look their best when they put on that glamorous evening wear, and a little plump here or a little tweak there, goes a long way towards giving them the confidence they exhibit," said Greenberg.

With the competition to land choice roles as fierce as it is, the difference between being a leading lady or a supporting actress can be as subtle as bump in the nose or one cup size in a bust. Many of today's celebrities are choosing a New Bust over going bust.
