IGI Founder and Successful Entrepreneur Diana Lu Champions Chinese Creativity and Artistry

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Image Global Impact (IGI), an international business consulting, publishing and design firm building bridges between the United States and China, today announced the launch of its newest division, WE Inspirations. WE Inspirations is a designer fashion line inspired by the best influences from the West and the East. Created by Diana Lu, CEO and founder of IGI, WE Inspirations marks China's emerging influence as a design and creative center for the world.

Intertwining the sophistication and styles of the West with the artistry and aesthetic of the Far East, WE Inspirations celebrates women's elegance, versatility and grace. Designed by Diana Lu and made locally in San Francisco by international artisans, the line's inaugural collection features professional business attire, elegant evening gowns, sophisticated separates, handbags, accessories and more.

"As a global citizen straddling two cultures professionally and personally, WE Inspirations emerged from my strong passion and belief in the fusion of different cultures," says Diana Lu, IGI CEO and author of international best seller, Daughter of the Yellow River. "Our partners and clients are increasingly more global in outlook and desire quality West-East influenced arts, collectibles and fashion. We are proud to unveil WE Inspirations -- blending together the Far East's rich legacy of cultural artistry and high-quality craftsmanship with the Western world's modern and sophisticated style."

The collection features styles and fabrics that mix stylish Western sophistication with an Asian twist to invigorate and dress up any wardrobe. Highlights include Oriental details such as Qing Dynasty-styled mandarin collars prominently featured on regal ball gowns, elegant French lace blended with intricate hand-made Chinese knot buttons and Greek-inspired concepts combined with classic Asian embroidery.

WE Inspirations sources only the highest quality silks, satins, wools, velvets and garment ornamentations such as laces and trims from around the world, including Europe, the Americas and Asia. WE inspirations not only creates its own lines, but will showcase other designers that embrace its philosophy of sophisticated fusion.

WE Inspirations will make its runway debut on Sunday, October 28, 2007 at a private, by-invitation only, black-tie gala to be held at the Four Seasons Hotel in San Francisco, California. Hosted by IGI, the gala event will proudly introduce WE Inspirations through the celebration of music, dancing and fashion. The event is also a platform to "Embrace Cultural Differences, Celebrate Global Partnerships" between the U.S. and China in business, politics and culture.
