PITTSBURGH, Sept. 10 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- "Warm Coats, Cold Winters, Hot Fashion Show" is a great girls' day out and raises funds for a critical need. Slated for Sunday, September 30th from noon to 4:00 pm, this fun-filled afternoon will take place at the elegant LeMont restaurant on Mount Washington. Proceeds will benefit WTAE-TV Channel 4 and The Salvation Army's Project Bundle-Up. Once again the Art Institute of Pittsburgh's Fashion & Retail Management program is providing its expertise and support of this event.

Doors open at noon and participants are invited to enjoy sumptuous hors d'oeuvres and browse a array of items from a unique shopping boutique and an exciting silent auction. Lunch will begin at 12:45 with a choice of chicken en croute or Maryland style crab cakes. At 2:00 pm, watch the on-air personalities from WTAE-TV Channel 4, along with their families strut their stuff on the catwalk. The latest in warm winter outerwear is provided by Wal-Mart, Boscov's, and Roberta Weissburg Leathers.

The $45.00 per person ticket includes lunch, a special gift, the fashion show, vendor viewing and an invitation to a silent auction. Thanks to the generosity of the LeMont, 100% of the proceeds will benefit The Salvation Army and WTAE-TV's Project Bundle-Up. Program booklet sponsorships are still available, including tickets, ranging from $100 to $1000.
