- The Beauty Oscars for The Best in Beauty Cosmetic Executive Women UK (CEW UK) announced the winners of their first official Beauty Awards at the Royal Opera House in London today. Recognised for product innovation and excellence in the industry, the winners each take home a "Beauty Oscar" for their mantelpiece. CEW held a Product Demonstration Evening in February, where in excess of 300 members sampled over 100 luxurious beauty products from 50 leading brands and cast more than 2,900 votes for the best beauty products in each category. Already a highly established award in the US for over 12 years, the CEW Beauty Awards aims to assist consumers, by selecting the best beauty products in the UK. THE WINNERS ARE... Survival Cream While the acceptance speeches did not reach Paltrow-esque proportions, the Awards Ceremony was a great success with over 250 industry professionals attending. The winning products have been chosen by the most knowledgeable women in the UK beauty industry, they know what makes a product great so there is no better endorsement than to win this award" said Caroline Neville, President of CEW (UK). We will be supporting the ranges at our seven airports this summer and expect them to fly off the shelves". The winning collection will be showcased by House of Fraser and Harrods.
